Central location! access to all museums, Within walking distance from the bus and the train station
-
Convenient location, near both the train station and next to everything we need to do, also the wife is free and excellent

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Cleanest rooms. Everything is taken care of, carpet is changed. is the third time we've been to this hotel. it's reliable. You know, there are no surprises or surprises. Attentive staff, gREAT BREAKFAST, everything's delicious... last two times we took the big rooms, time we stayed in the standard. Room is small, nice. With two giant suitcases, no problem turning around. parking lot is 35 euros a day. You have to order the car from the parking lot a little before you go out on checkout. Since the garage isn't at the hotel itself, somewhere nearby. About 20 minutes exactly, so as not to be nervous and not to be late). What a location. From the dumo 3 minutes on foot (if the right street to go, of course). Ponte-Vecchio Bridge is 5 minutes at most. Around the shops, all comfortable very).

The location is super central. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast very well assorted and very well attended. The Hotel has a Happy Hour every day with snacks that makes the end of the afternoon very pleasant. They are very efficient in cleaning and supplying. It is a 4 star stay without a doubt.
The hotel is classic in style and does not have air conditioning in each room. They have central heating or central air conditioning. Our room was at 26C extremely hot and this made us uncomfortable at night because by opening the windows the mosquitoes would enter, so we could not cool the room well even though the hotel removed the central heating given the good temperature of the season. The beds also have a plastic lining that makes them very hot to sleep on. We had to remove it because it also sounds with the movement. Those details make the hotel feel old in spite of how comfortable the room was in space.

Very clean, nice and polite staff... Delicious and varied breakfast... The location is wonderful - 3 minutes walk to the station and the same amount to the Duomo and other sights... The hotel is very nice and the value for money is excellent. If there were no hot water problems, I would have rated 10.
Unfortunately, the hotel has some hot water problems. Of the 6 nights spent at this hotel, the hot water was only 2 times. On the other days the water was slightly warm and it was simply impossible to take a shower, considering that the trip was in December. It feels like there is a water heater in the hotel, where the hot water just ends in the evening.

WONDERFUL STAY CLOSE TO ALL PLACES THAT WE WANTED TO VISIT. STAFF VERY COURTEOUS
-
The Hotel location was excellent as it was close to all historical sites, museums and all the fabulous shops! The staff were helpful when requested.
The hotel is somewhat old. The internet cables at rooms did not work, I tried using the WiFi once which did not work as well. You can see minor cracks in ceilings and walls. The shower water was slow (to our standards). Our room was close to a small street which could be noisy at times.

Great breakfast, nice bathrooms, location was sensational.
It is infested with mosquitos. No screens, rooms too hot.
-
Quiet, location but very central, on the most exclusive street in Florence Staff friendly and welcoming. Inviting lounge for a quiet sit and a drink. A general air of slightly faded grandeur which I like. Well equipped and comfy bedroom. Felt like a quiet oasis after the packed streets of Florence.
Air conditioning in my room could not cope with the heatwave although cooler in common parts.

Location was excellent
I did not like the fact that you could not regulate the temperature of your room - we found the room cold. On reporting this at the desk they simply said sorry, they could not adjust the heating/air-conditioning.
-
Elegant, clean, nice service, silk curtains, marble bathroom, city centre, fashion street, near Palazzo Strozzi, Duomo, Uffizi - almost perfect - I will come back - soon !!!
-
The hotel was located right beside all the sightseeing and shopping. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent.
-
The concierge/front staff, where absolutely fantastic. Helpful and with a smile. Reviews completed on Booked.net indicated cold reception/assistance by front staff. Our experience was actually very different, perhaps because we could speak a bit of Italian. Overall fantastic front desk, helpful in every way. Great location of the hotel and very tranquil considering it's situated in such a central and great location.
Hotel rooms are small however this is not unusual for hotels within any european city. The senior staff for the breakfast service was very efficient, however quite cold and impatient. The service was of great standard.

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Rooms had old style decor - part of the charm - but they were still very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back to same hotel.
There was a smell in the internal courtyard that was a little off putting, but not bad enough for us to need to move to a new hotel.
